To all owners of SWAM-based instruments:

are now available. :)

New:
 Fast BC mode.
 Better harmonic transitions.
 New Dynamic Envelop graph.
 Automatic Key Switches position shift to avoid overlap with instrument range.

Fixes:

 Host crash when two instances are loaded and both GUIs are open.
 Noise for samplerate greater than 88.2 kHz.
 Fixed attacks in some circumstances when Attack Dyn set to Express.

Thanks for updating and improving these already amazing virtual instruments even more.

I spent lots of time tweaking each SWAM instrument to my liking and was wondering if SWAM presets (saved as .swam) made for version 2.1.0 will work on 2.2.0 or should I take screenshots of all configuration screens prior to update and redo them in new version?

P.s. I noticed recently the compressor on SWAM engine saxes and clarinets kind of chokes the sound. I got much better dynamics, tone and warmth when setting it to minimum value (1) and using free Blockfish external compressor. I recommend to evaluate SWAM compressor and reverb for future updates, since they have big impact on sound quality and realism.

Thank you!
Kobi

You don't need to take a screenshot of your parameters. ".swam" 2.1.x presets are fully compatible with v2.2.x.

Also I can say that many of our beta testers reported that the CPU load of v2.2.0 is at least 30% less than v2.1x.

Enjoy!

Thank you. I updated and indeed the settings were not lost. I would be happy to beta test future version if you are interested.

Hello,
I update yesterday to v 2.2.0 my saxophones suite. Since i do that, i encounter problems with glissando mode that is always active. I play my saxes only with EWI in Wind controler mode. I reset my parameters to test the factory set, but the problem stays active.
Please help me to solve this probably little problem.
I'm shure it's a simple controler to setup, but i didn't find wich one.
Thanks in advance

Hello, sorry for this delay before answer. I try with a new project and it seems to solve my glissando problem. However, i encounter others bad issue since this update. For example, i play 1 hour with soprano and the VST block on one note like note off were out. I will try to setup my EWI to have the CC that i need in the right keys. It seems to have been made many changes in this swam update and i need to take more time to adjust my EWI play and setup.
I will write back if i encounter other problems.
Thanks
