!!! Ms. Sax S., the Virtual Soprano Sax, is OUT!!!

Post by webmaster » Fri Dec 16, 2011 2:26 pm

Dear Friends,

We are very happy to announce that the much awaited Ms. Sax S., the Virtual Soprano Sax, developed by Stefano Lucato, Emanuele Parravicini and Luigi Felici, in collaboration with Samplemodeling, is now ready, and can be purchased and downloaded right now.

This is the result of a two-year strenuous work, aimed at developing a new, proprietary platform, the SWAM engine, suitable to the needs of a very expressive and realistic virtual instrument.

We really hope you will appreciate it. :-)

Thanks for your patience,

Giorgio & Peter

Please put all of the other Sax programs on the SWAM engine.

How long will it take?

It's beautiful, great job SM!! The instrument is worth every minute of the wait.

There are so many options. I'm really liking how I can craft two or three different tones to suit a style of music.

What great way to spend the holidays and bring in 2012.

Thanks for the hard work and genius that went into developing this.

I'm loving it too. ;)

I just spent the last 3hrs playing it with my wx5, and I didn't notice the time disappearing. :D

BTW I should also add that soprano saxophone was my primary instrument for 10 years, so I have a pretty critical ear when it comes to what it should sound & behave like. :)

is just incroyable, Ispent the night with her and my ewi usb and i completely fall in love with her . Everything is perfect.
Thank you guys for this very very good work, now i understand why did it take so longtime :)

Just one thing, saxbrothers work fine in my little eepc but the miss doesn't, i needed to install her in my asus and she works fine now

I'm about ready to buy, also, but I wonder about the built-in effects of the SWAM engine. The only thing I found in the description is that there is dynamic compression and that one can control the "intensity and decay of the built-in reverb". How do these compare to what is available in Kontakt for the other SM instruments?

Wow guys. This is top notch. A real Xmas present to myself :D

The "inst" function is fabulous. Got the sound I am after.

Well done, hope you have a great and prosperous xmas and new year.

P.s I loved Mr T, but I love Miss S even more :D
