In fact I suppose that decent manual programming brushes is extremely hard or close to impossible to do, so Addictive Drums' groove engine might be very helpful.
Can they be played via normal MIDI, or are they just part of an on/off loop engine?

Re: Double bass

I use the one from Straight Ahead Samples, pretty good and probably the best one out there yet. It's lacking a bit in articulations such as slur-play and slap-backs. I'm excited to see what SM can come up with :)

Re: Installation

If installed correctly, The Trumpet should be under Libraries in the browse section (left side) in Kontakt.

It is meant to synchronize with the hardware controllers that Native makes, which of course not everyone uses. Some people on various forums have been complaining about ...

Re: Roland AE-10

After watching the video by Alistair Parnell I now see that the AE-10 has a small thumb-joystick on the back side. It seems to be XY so that two additional parameters can be controlled, and that helps a lot. But if it's true (which Alistair also says) that it only transmits expression I'm still rath...

Roland AE-10

Roland has announced a new wind controller, the AE-10: https://www.roland.com/us/products/aerophone_ae-10/ It has USB MIDI and onboard sounds as well, even a monitor speaker! Will cost around 800 USD. It seems they have not taken the opportunity to make a more advanced controller with extra buttons ...

Re: Mapping C11 with FL-Studio 12 and Arturia Keylab 61

You might have to use a MIDI out channel to map CC 11.

I'm not an FL user myself though, so I'm not sure.
